Table Runners from scrap curtain fabric

I bought the chook fabric on a Facebook site recently.  It looks like it was left over from curtain making.  I teamed it up with some fabric from my stash, cut it out, and again, got Mum to piece it together.
I just had enough to make 2 table runners, using the last pieces of scrap in the corners.
I quilted it and bound them late yesterday.
I think they are soooo cute.
Now we are working on more curtain fabric (this time rubber backed) that I bought from the same lady.  I am cutting them out with a 60 degree ruler.  I have cut 4 large & 4 smaller table runners, 1 large & 2 smaller place mats.  Mum is sewing, sewing, sewing and then I have to quilt & bind them.

All table runners will be on my stall for sale at the Dungog Quiltarama, later this month.

Until next post.....
