Exercise machine and my attitude

My sister lent me this exercise machine on the weekend as she couldn't get it to work for her:

    Love it! I've seen that thing on TV and gee it looks awkward and painful to use. I think you'd have to be pretty fit to start with to get any use out of it. I think you have found the perfect way to use it!
